Brian established his recruiting career working for one of the largest executive search firms in the world. He most recently worked as a Client Development Analyst, where he supported the creation of business development content and insights for pitches, relationship building and strategic account planning.

With his strong background in research, Brian has authored more than 100 comprehensive analytical reports and detailed organizational maps. He is adept at synthesizing information succinctly and clearly, and providing an insightful understanding of his clients’ organizations and industries.

Brian holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University, which help him combine interpersonal insights with business perspectives to help identify the best possible fit between a candidate and a company

Brian lives in Victoria, Minnesota, with his wife, Michelle, and their Golden Retriever, Margo. In his spare time, he loves to golf, spend time outdoors, and is an avid fan of the Minnesota Wild.
