Nate grew up in a small town outside of Milwaukee, WI along with his younger brother Garrett.  His father worked in sales for a Minnesota-based rubber and plastics manufacturing company for more than 35 years, and his mother continues to work as a registered nurse. From a young age, Nate has always had a strong work ethic and held employment in a variety of positions since his first tax-paying job at the age of 14.

He played junior professional hockey throughout North America while attending college part-time, and later graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and minor in International Business.

Nate’s recruiting career in began with the industry leader in IT staffing and services, supporting businesses of all sizes. He most recently worked as a Sr. Executive Sourcing Strategist for a Fortune Top 10 healthcare organization supporting hard-to-fill roles from individual contributor to senior executive, competing for highly sought-after talent across North America.

In his 10+ years in the industry, Nate has successfully filled roles across a variety of skillsets including engineering, operations, executive leadership, management, development, quality assurance, project management and support. He has full life-cycle recruiting experience with skills in developing sourcing strategies and workforce plans, and providing subject matter expertise and data-driven guidance on hiring practices.

Nate lives in Wayzata with his wife, Emily, and their rescue dog, Asher. Together, they enjoy hiking, biking, boating and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. Nate also enjoys golf, skiing, pick-up hockey and spending time with friends and family.
