Ali grew up in Lakeville, MN, a middle child of two sisters Megan and Johnna. Her father worked in lumber sales and continues to do so 30 years later, and her mother primarily worked as a flight attendant. Ali’s first job was at a startup, small business in her hometown where she learned the value of strong customer service and making connections.

Ali graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication and Spanish. Throughout her time at Eau Claire, Ali worked as a server at a local restaurant and spent a semester abroad in Spain where she improved her language skills and traveled to various countries in Europe.

Her recruiting career began at an automotive dealership where she traveled to trade schools and community colleges in nearby states, sharing information about job opportunities. From there, Ali recruited for a non-profit in the healthcare industry hiring entry to senior level employees and leading a team of recruiters to prepare for the opening of new clinics and rapid company growth. She most recently worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager in the healthcare industry where she oversaw 16 employees across three states handling high volume recruitment. In this role, Ali also recruited for leadership positions in her three states and led recruitment tasks for company acquisitions.

Ali has 8 years of HR and recruiting experience, gaining skills in project management, system integration, process improvement, employee relations and business strategy. Her combination of HR and recruiting knowledge allows her to serve as a strategic partner to clients, gaining a strong understanding of their needs and goals and finding the best talent to assist in reaching those initiatives.

Ali lives in Saint Louis Park with her husband, Ben, son, Rory, and their dog, Milo. Together, they enjoy hiking, biking, visits to the dog park, and trying new foods. She also enjoys frequent walks, running, cooking and spending time with friends and family, especially her two nieces.
