A Year of Giving Back in 2024

At Grey Search + Strategy, giving back is at the core of who we are as a company and as individuals. Alongside delivering exceptional client services, we donate 8% of our profits to organizations dedicated to making a difference. Through financial support, volunteering, and amplifying important causes, Grey’s give-back efforts are a key part of our mission.

Highlights of 2024

  • Signature Partnership with MATTER. A cornerstone of our giving efforts is our partnership with MATTER, a Minnesota-based nonprofit that works to improve communities both locally and globally. MATTER is known for its innovative initiatives, such as repurposing lifesaving medical supplies to ensure they reach people in need around the world. For every search project we complete, Grey donates $100 and two volunteer hours to MATTER. Learn more about MATTER and their mission here.
  • Supporting The Bond Between. As animal lovers, the Grey team was thrilled to contribute to The Bond Between, a nonprofit dedicated to connecting people and animals, caring for their well-being, and helping them fill each other’s hearts. We collected and delivered supplies donated by our team members and clients to this incredible organization. Discover more about The Bond Between’s work here.
  • National Day of Giving: Employee-Selected Charities. Each year, in the lead-up to National Day of Giving, we celebrate the generosity and passions of our team members. We encourage employees to choose charities that matter most to them, and we’re proud to support these causes through donations.   • Holiday Giving: Supporting a Family in Need. During the holiday season, we focused on spreading kindness and hope to a family who had lost everything in a house fire. Our team came together to shop for essentials and gifts, ensuring the family felt supported as they rebuild their lives. This initiative reminded us of the power of community and the importance of extending kindness to those in need.
