Danielle grew up in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area with her younger brother Andy. Her mother worked as a pediatric ICU nurse, her father as a printer, and her stepfather as a chef, and they passed a strong work ethic on to their children. Danielle earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Minnesota and her master’s degree in human resources and industrial relations from the Carlson School of Management.

In her 20-year career, Danielle’s roles have focused on helping businesses succeed through their people and vice versa. Her ability to listen, ask the right questions, and learn helps her connect the dots to uncover the right talent where others might not. Her background includes full life cycle recruiting, passive talent discovery, employer branding and compensation. With experience in a broad variety of industries, she quickly steps into any search and gains a deep understanding of the true needs of the role. And her ability to put herself in both the hiring leader’s and candidate’s shoes allows her to deliver exceptional matches.

Danielle values teamwork, hustle and strategies that win from growing up in a sports-obsessed family and playing many herself. Amazing mentors taught her to always see the possibilities, find opportunities in tough situations, and appreciate every single day.

She lives in Plymouth, Minnesota with her husband, Patrick, two active children—Chloe and Anders—and their Siberian Husky-German Shepard mix, Rocky. She loves cheering her kids on in their dancing, baseball and mountain biking endeavors, getting into the great outdoors, and cooking up culinary delights for friends and family.
