We establish 30-, 60- and 90-day check-ins to help solidify their fit in their new role and provide a feedback loop to ensure long-term success.
If both sides feel the relationship is not what was expected, we will return your retainer. We also provide a 6-month guarantee for placements up to manager level and 12 months for executive roles.
