  • ALISSA HENRIKSEN
    ALISSA HENRIKSENPRINCIPAL / OWNER

    Alissa grew up in a small farming town in southern Minnesota and comes from hard working stock. Her dad was a traveling sales rep for the same company for over 32 years and her mom was a teacher. Alissa played volleyball with a junior Olympic team and received a full ride to play at South Dakota State University, where she graduated with a double major in Business Economics and Spanish.

    Alissa has devoted her entire career to recruiting. After working for a large recruiting firm out of college, she started her first business in 2008 and has never looked back.

    Like her husband and partner, Lucas, she adores her family and loves traveling and spending time with them up north.

  • LUCAS HENIRKSEN
    LUCAS HENIRKSENPRINCIPAL / OWNER

    Lucas grew up in rural MN in an entrepreneurial family (dad started and still runs a local home improvement and farm store) working from the age 5. He attended the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities and graduated with a BS in Applied Economics.

    Lucas’ career has spanned business, sales and entrepreneurship, working in roles such as inside sales, senior pharmaceutical sale rep, architectural sales consultant, recruiter, and as a business owner since 2008.

    He loves spending time with wife and co-founder, Alissa, and their two young kids, as well as traveling, spending time up north, and watching Minnesota sports.
